The Marquis Cornwallis' regularly changing menu features some of the best produce the British Isles have to offer. Try our wild salmon fishcakes with lemon & chive creme fraiche & beetroot salad, Shropshire Roast Chicken, Asparagus & pea tart, or the 21-day aged West Country beef we serve on Sundays, and you'll get the idea.

Or if you fancy something smaller, our regularly changing hot bar-snacks, such as whitebait, scotch eggs, Gloucester Old Spot sausage rolls or hot smoked salmon and Serrano croquettes, pair perfectly with our speciality beers and well chosen wines.
